Endangered Species Day Contest

Endangered Species Day is this Friday, May 19th and we are excited to announce that we are hosting our Endangered Species Day Contest again this year! Along with creating awareness and promoting conservation, we decided that Endangered Species Day was the perfect time to say thank you and show our appreciation to all the wonderful nonprofits we work with.

Our contest will run similar to last year, starting on Thursday, May 18 and running through Sunday, May 21 … the winning nonprofit will receive an additional $100 from Creations 4 Wildlife.

The way it works is simple. For every bracelet sold during the contest, the correlating nonprofit will receive one vote. We will tally the votes on Sunday evening and announce the winner through our social media channels on Monday.

You will determine which endangered species wins the contest based on which bracelets are purchased during the four day contest. We know choosing just one will be a tough choice because we think they are all #WorthMoreAlive!

Wildlife Conservation Network Expo 2016

Last week the Wildlife Conservation Network held their 15th Expo in San Francisco and Creations 4 Wildlife was thrilled to attend. Attending the expo was our short-term goal for our first year in business and we are so thankful to every customer who helped make this possible. We were able to meet many of the people from organizations we support from all over the world, as well as make new connections with organizations that we would like to work with in the future. Shivani Bhalla and Jeneria Lekilelei gave an inspiring presentation about the work Ewaso Lions does in Samburu. Afterward, we had the pleasure of meeting both Shivani and Jeneria … I believe this was the highlight of Dylan’s day.

Another highlight was seeing our Give Gorillas Hope bracelets for sale at the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund table. We also heard updates from several other organizations, learned about a few new conservation topics, and finished the day with a very emotional, yet positive presentation from Frank Pope and his wife, Saba Douglas-Hamilton from Save the Elephants.

Of course a visit to San Francisco isn’t complete with taking a walk through Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, and watching the sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge.

Our last day was spent exploring the San Francisco Zoo and meeting a very special black rhino named Boone. The first Creations 4 Wildlife limited edition bracelet was made in honor of Boone, so this was a real treat for us. We want to thank the San Francisco Zoo and Boone’s keepers for giving us this opportunity.

Boone certainly is one unforgettable rhino.

Giving Species Hope for Another Tomorrow

ESD2016

This Friday is Endangered Species Day and we have some exciting things planned to help raise awareness about the importance of protecting endangered species. Over the next three days we will be sharing animals facts and wildlife photos on our social media channels that will bring attention to the plight of many endangered species. We will also be hosting a special giveaway on Instagram for all of the giraffe lovers.

In addition, as a way to show our appreciation and say Thank You, we will be holding a fun contest where the winning nonprofit organization will receive an additional $100 donation from Creations 4 Wildlife!

$100 ESD FB (1)

The contest will run from Thursday, May 19 through Saturday, May 21, 2016. Every bracelet that is sold during the contest counts as one vote. Example: for every rhino bracelet sold, the International Rhino Foundation will receive one vote; for every elephant bracelet sold, Save the Elephants receives one vote and so on. We will tally the votes on Sunday, May 22, 2016 and announce the winner on our Facebook page. You will determine which endangered species wins the contest based on which bracelets are purchased during the three days.

Be sure to share the Creations 4 Wildlife Endangered Species Day contest on social media and tell your friends to cast their vote too. The more votes your favorite nonprofit receives, the better chance they have of winning the $100!

The contest is open to all US and Canada residents. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship overseas due to high shipping costs.

Shop now and help your favorite endangered species win $100!

When you shop with us, we donate 40% of every sale to designated wildlife organizations working in the field. Your purchase gives hope that these endangered species can be saved.
